Android 禁用用户在 BottomSheet 上拖动

我正在try 禁用BottomSheet上的用户拖动.我想禁用的原因有两个.1.防止ListView向下滚动，2.我不想让用户使用拖动功能，但在BottomSheetView上有一个按钮.这就是我所做的
