Laravel vagrant up 不工作 Errno：：EADDRNOTAVAIL

我最近在更新Laravel环境或Windows 10的一部分时出现了一些错误，所以经过多次try 和错误后，我决定删除所有内容，从头开始.所以现在我有了新的VirtualBox、Vagrant、Laravel/Homestead box和Homestead本身.

With about 100 more lines below following. Do you know what seems to be the problem and how to resolve it? I was reading something about RoR, but I didn't manage to resolve it.

It appears to be an issue with the new vagrant 1.9.3 (see https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/issues/8395)
